Lindsay and Jack’s Valley of Fire Desert Elopement
Lindsay and Jack had to make the tough choice to cancel their downtown Milwaukee wedding as Covid mandates grew more strict winter 2021. With Lindsay’s free spirit and desire to turn her wedding day into an adventure, she called upon a small circle of the people that mean the most to her and Jack to head to Las Vegas to celebrate their love.
I was lucky enough to be one of these people. Though I would no longer be photographing her wedding day in the city we all call home. I was honored to be asked to travel with them to photograph their portraits in Vegas!
From getting ready in the beautiful Venetian suites, the first look outside next to The Strip, to the ceremony at Valley of Fire State park and hiking for epic portraits of Lindsay and Jack. Our weekend was filled with celebration, love, late nights and red rocks. It was such a fun adventure. One that made the trip worth it over and over again. I am so blessed I was asked to be a part of Lindsay and Jack’s elopement – one beautifully wild adventure!
