Kassi, Hans and I met at Retzer Nature Center for a woodsy engagement session with a boho vibe and aesthetic! Kassi’s vision for her engagement session was to match her Fall 2021 wedding in a pine tree forest – seriously stunning!

Kassi and I messaged back and forth with a Pinterest vision board for her engagement session to make sure everything matched, collectively, our desired vibe, from the shoes to the accessories! Kassi also warned me that her and Hans were nervous to get in front of the camera and would need a lot of guidance. I promised her that I would break down any uncomfy walls she thought they’d have up, and come photo time, it was effortless!

We all had so much fun together hiking in the park, messing with some creative sun lighting, finding little cricks to nestle down by and ending the session with some dancing in the woods. Leaving Kassi and Hans’ session, we all felt so much closer, comfortable and so so ready for the wedding day this coming fall! I can’t wait to dance among the pine trees with these two again!
